Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time We ship across Egypt via Bosta.

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Alexandria & other governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees Free shipping on all orders above EGP 1,500. A shipping fee applies to orders below EGP 1,500.

Payment Methods We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card, and Instapay.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with a Bosta tracking link to follow your delivery.

Important Notes

• We currently ship within Egypt only.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. AFYO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
